Little Sheep Virtue - Hope
Happy New Year!!
I'm starting out January 1st with a photo of the first design in our new series. When the new year arrives it is full of hopes, wishes and dreams so that is why I chose this as #1. The wool for finishing on this design is Palomino Houndstooth and I cut it 6-1/2" square. The design is sewn to the top with invisible thread then trimmed in ordinary twine. I used invisible thread on that also. Each of the sheep in the series will be finished in the same way and I plan to place them in a basket on display in my home.

ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
Diane, I have a quick question. Will all of the designs have the same border design around the outer edge? I'll probably go ask the same thing on Facebook so you can answer it there. Thanks & Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteThe border is different on every one but the same. . . . confusing I know but you'll see what I mean as soon as the second one appears in February.
DeleteI can't wait! I've signed up for the auto ship on this series! So excited! Great job as always!

ReplyDeleteDon't look for them just yet. This was a preview of the series. We don't ship to distributors until the middle of the month.
DeleteHi Diane,
ReplyDeleteI would love to stitch this cute needlework. How do I get started? I am very new at cross stitch and I am wondering if this would be to difficult for a beginner.
Thank you for helping me.

It's easy enough for a beginner! You will need to find a needlework shop to order it for you but they aren't in stores just yet!
DeleteIs the pattern available?
