Well, if I don't start getting some work done pretty soon, we can all blame her!  This little cutie pie has the worst control and wants out 3 or 4 times every night.  THEN, she wants up permanently between 4:00 and 4:30 a.m.  Ron and I are exhausted all of the time but it's hard to be upset when you look into that little face.  My model stitchers are going into overtime to help me so that the Little House press doesn't come to a halt!  No, that wouldn't happen. . . . .I'd stitch with one eye open if I had to!  Hopefully Miss Gracie will mature a bit over the next few weeks (month) so we can go back to life as we once knew it.   In the meantime I'll be spending a lot more time designing and less time with needle and thread.

  1. Is it as relaxing to design as it is too stitch?

Oh, and I feel your puppy pain, we are currently training a Pomeranian puppy. Miss Gracie is a beauty, love her coloring.

  7. Thanks for sharing the photo! She is adorable. We're just a few months past what you are going through. Our Annie, a Chesapeake Bay retriever, is 7 months old now. She was up several times a night during the first month. Now she sleeps through the night, but her usualy wake up time is between 5 and 5:30!

  9. LOL. Love that new photo of Miss Grace. She has a face that could melt any hardened heart.

I do hope she learns control soon so you all can sleep through the night. Thankfully that it is rare that Rory wakes me. Of course I only get 5 to 6 hours on a good night anyway but that's not his fault. :)
