Did you know?

A short while ago Norden Crafts asked shop owners and designers who were interested, to sign up for a new program they were starting.  Little House was chosen as the first designer to start things off and "In Stitches" in Alexandria, VA was the first shop selected.

You can see what they put together HERE.

And as a thank-you to all of the loyal followers of LHN and the ornament series we are offering you a complimentary design to stitch.  Follow the link above to get your chart!

Happy Stitching,
Diane

  1. WOW! This is all exciting and good stuff! I see all kinds of potential for Rose Hill Plantation. Remember, I start with a good design and then make it my own with linen and fibers. Thank you for the free design!

  7. Thank you for sharing one of your lovely charts. I am just finishing my first LHN Home of a Needleworker Too. It's bene such a quick and easy one to follow and it's almost done in under a week which for me is a record. I've done it as per the original colourways (albeit using my own threads and tried to match them as closely as possible to your original). I've loved it so much I want to stitch it again for a friend only change the wording to "Home of a Crafty Chick" and maybe change the little blackbird to an Australian Crimson Rosella. The possibilities are endless and after reading one of your previous posts I feel comfortable in telling you this as I know that you won't mind me changing it. Thank you again for your most generous spirit.

  8. Thanks so much for sharing the cute chart! I enjoyed reading the article and it brought back memories of my early days stitching models for Leisure Arts. Although they called it "pattern testing". I probably even stitched some of your earlier designs. I don't stitch for them much anymore since things have slowed down considerably in their cross stitch department, but I'm available to do model stitching. I enjoy your designs and have quite a collection of LHN patterns. Keep up the good work!
